Terms of Service — AirMetrics

1. Acceptance

By installing or using AirMetrics, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

2. Service Description

AirMetrics is an Airtable extension that calculates marketing KPIs and displays dashboards from data already stored in your Airtable bases. It reads your data within Airtable's environment — it does not copy, store, or transmit your data to external servers unless a feature explicitly requires it and you consent.

3. Data

AirMetrics does not collect, store, or transfer your Airtable data outside of Airtable by default. All calculations happen client-side within the Airtable extension sandbox. Where the product offers optional features that require external processing, those will be clearly documented and require your consent.

4. Accounts and Access

You need an Airtable account with the appropriate plan to use extensions. You are responsible for your Airtable account, access controls, and any activity that occurs under your account.

5. Fees and Payments

AirMetrics may provide free and paid plans. Paid features and pricing are presented inside the product and on the landing page. Billing is handled through the chosen payment processor and is subject to its terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the extension; use it for unlawful activity; or resell or redistribute access without permission.

7. Disclaimer

AirMetrics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirMetrics and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
